Standard Spanish Verdejo. Light aromas and flavors of Lemon and pineapple with notes of slate. Hint of apricot. Very mineral driven. A bit light on acidity. Good, but could be better.

Found this Verdejo in a small cafe in Madrid, & very surprised by the jubilant flavor that popped on the tongue. Crisp, full of acid, tangy. Good w seafood
