Beautifully resolved tannins and superb structure from whatever obscure varietal (temperaniltio?) they have in that small country west of France...😏
Fantastic with a bit of slaughtered cow off the grill.
It even holds up to a Cohiba Behike 56.

Vaguely remember buying a few of these in the 90s ! Here's one that got away - still good stuff.. Damson and plum ... Should be good with the roast chicken later
