Wonderful, well aged Rioja. Super dry fruit opening up in layers of flavor and subtle notes of toasted vanilla oak. Perfect match with our home made ‘Mexican’ casserole of chili, enchilada sauce, hamburger meat, shredded cheese and topped with sour cream and Fritos. 😋.
