Aug 15th, 2015Purple, spicy, black pepper, aged fruit, long smell. Very persistent, tanins, silky, long acidity and well structured. It pairs with stew meat. It would probably increase its character after several years.

Definitely needs to breathe to open up and soften up. Once done though nice body and balance with fruit - currant and berry hints. Dry finish but not overly astringent. But by all means decant.
