Mendoza Malbec

Deep Ruby, purple hues, aged in French oak, with aromas of ripe dark fruits and floral spice, sourced 50% from Valle de Uco and 50% from Luján de Cuyo, 20% aged in oak for 8 months. On the palate flavors of fresh blackberry and black currants with notes of licorice and tobacco, slight zing. Medium+ finish, fine tannins, crisp acidity, ending dry with fruit and slight earthy notes. Nice value!

For true red wine lovers only. Extremely full bodied taste is perceived the moment you open the bottle and release the aroma. Wonderful with a Manchego or other sharp cheese.

Not a huge fan of Malbecs. A little tart.

I don't malbecs well but this was nice. Not heavy but smooth for sure

Cherry aroma, deep flavor, light oak light tannins, perhaps due to the age.

rich, tannic, acidic - don’t hate but don’t love

Very powerful red fruit flavors. It’s not my favorite but it is smooth. The Mendoza Malbec I had the other day was way better.

Heavy tropical aroma like banana. Light tannins with a strong red fruit- dark fruit taste. Notes of oak, plum, raspberry and blackcurrant

This red wine is potent but not terribly dry. The tannins are not very strong, which allows for less dryness. The aroma is complex, and the flavor notes suggest raisin and a hint of licorice. Not my favorite red, but not my least favorite either.
