10-hour slow cooked pulled pork and red wine. That’s how we do #thetcwineclub! This bottle of 2015 ‘Tierracalar’ Tempranillo is made by Navarro Lopez in Spain’s Valdepenas Region.
The Valdependas region is one of Spain’s oldest regions and is known for its production of Tempranillo.
It’s a juicy deep plum red colour in the glass. While on the nose it has plentiful savoury fruit aromas which makes me think of berry jus over meat. In the mouth it’s smooth and easy drinking with hints of cherries, plums and sweet spice. The perfect partner to slow cooked pulled pork 👌
All opinions are based on my own taste buds. Wine is subjective & always evolving, so make sure you drink what you enjoy! #winesample #tcweekdaywine
