Crisp and fruity, very pleasant on the pallette. Great wine to drink alone or paired with light apps. Great example of verdejo.

A dry fruity white wine, hints of melon, yellow apple and just ripe peaches. Paired well with gruyere and nice aged Swiss cheese fondue and Serrano cured ham. Oh so good!
