2011 vintage: A great cava that drinks like a much higher priced sparkling. A rich body/mouthfeel with refreshing, medium acidity and delicate bubbles. Notes of golden apple, lemon custard, and subtle white flowers. There's a hint of oak, but it contributes to the richness and definitely does not overwhelm my nose or palate. A real steal. Love it!
