Second of two bottles drunk three years apart. Very consistent from last time. Not what I typically think of when I think "Jumilla" and "monastrell." The cabernet sauvignon really adds something to this. Smooth and balanced. Deep crimson color, cocoa and blueberry syrup notes. Thick mouth feel, long finish. If I were tasting this blind, I'd have thought it was a petite sirah, although I'd have wondered where the pepperiness went.
