This Andalusian producer does a wonderful red, so jumped at chance to try the blanco, & what a treat,especially for 13$. Solidly medium to big bodied, notes of white flowers, savory lemon curd, & verbena. Begs for food. Made by Luis Perez, who apparently does an old school, non solera aged sherry as well. Unfortunately paired with yet another Mets loss…

Pale, but powerful. The nose has spice and salinity and apple on the palate. A nice finish, but a little drying
