Reserva Rioja Tempranillo Mazuelo

Bright, light, slightly overpowered with eucalyptus. Tart cherry and minimal tannic structure.

Deep Ruby with aromas of berry fruits, spice and herb notes. On the palate flavors of cherry and blackberry with notes of oak and black pepper notes. Fine soft tannins, great balance with acidity, medium+ finish ending with fruit, vanilla, oak and slight earthy spice character.

Balanced but single note. Vibrant blue fruit up front. Limited depth and finish for a 9 year old wine.

2015. Similar to very dry grape juice. No body. Not buying again.

Very nice. Dark red color. Red fruit, with some spice.

Well balanced with a subtle spice. Not as full bodied as other rioja and goes well with lighter foods as a result.

Did not like. Felt flat and didn’t open up.

Wonderful wine

Différent de son frère rouge un peu moins cher. Plus rond, boisé, différentiel. Tu aimes ou non. En fondue comme ce soir parfait.
