As for the wine: pure sweet apple and salty stone. On the palate: fantastic acidity, a hint of spritz, more saline and slate, and soft white pepper on the finish.

Summer in a bottle. Great acidity and lemony apple notes; a bit less roominess and was hopeful for a more tropical note; $14… whaaaat? Great value.
