Bodegas La Cigarrera
Manzanilla Pasada de Sanlúcar de Barrameda Palomino Fino
Mmmmmmmmmmanzanilla! Sea salt, smoke, almonds, and blue cheese. Hearty and savory. It tastes pretty wow...but it's not super wow.

Oct 1st, 2015Right up there with the Equipo Navazos La Bota wines! Salted caramel, chamomile, almonds and yeast. This manzanilla pasada is apart of a 3 barrel bottling located in the sacrista of the bodega. Ignacio Hidalgo first bottled this 2011 but has no idea the age of the wine itself.
