What an amazing sherry...the kind that says, "I should drink more sherry in life." Thin and yet redolent of the oxidized sweet caramel notes, this is a perfect cheese complement. — 7 years ago
Interesting amontillado. Very musky aroma yet light and fruity on the palate. Easy to drink — 10 years ago
The wine’s nose is vibrant and fresh with nutty aromas of yeast and salinity. A raisiny note adds counterpoint. On the palate it is rich and substantial. It’s very, very dry and has quite a long finish. — 9 years ago

Supposedly a very “ odd” style , maybe just older than people are used to.
N: wood, wood lacquer, salt, toffee, dried rose petals.
P: Bone dry, malt, toffee, lacquer, old boats( if one was to lick them*), slightest hint of dried sultanas.
A 15-20 sec long finish.
Weird and wonderful. — 3 years ago
