Toasted Walnut, coffee, dark caramel, sea salt, dried prune. Dry.

Not the most complex but so powerful and saline. Exactly perfect after-long-day drink.

Such a fantastic wine. Nutty, complex, salty, fresh. Might not be everyone's cup of tea, but for a Sherry drinker, this is lovely.

What can I say but I love Sherry!
