Rather rich and substantial. A bit much for Thai food. Should have gone with the Manzanilla. A great drink none the less.

Idk, I'm not overly familiar with sherry, but I got a nose full of sulfur. Is that typical? Besides that it was balanced in flavor and smooth going down, but the smell took away from the overall experience.
