Dense purple red. Red fruit aromas with a hint of concrete tank. Red and black cherry flavors, pomegranate finish with slight seed bitterness. Fruit forward but tart flavors. Needs time to develop. Concrete note quickly dissipates, tartness mellows, some skin astringency emerges. After two hours, some acid-set seed bitterness grip solidifies in the finish and aftertaste. Decant for at least two hours.

Med ruby

Nose- cherries, pomegranate bell pepper

Palate- bright tart red cherry, high acid almost lime like, slight bitter minerallity of wet cement, ends with a lingering alcohol. Med finish. Fun and different but not a huge fan of this wine. Feels clunky and disjointed a bit.
