This couldn’t have been more different than the CUNE, despite being from the same region and only a year younger. Where the CUNE was delicate this was punchy. Ballerina versus a heavyweight. Really, really good. I’d love to get more from this producer.

Surprisingly full flavored Rioja with rich Red fruit and hints of minerality. Long lingering aftertaste. Had with a basque lunch and enjoyed immensely 🍷
