Verdil (70%) from Valencia with some Viognier and Sauvignon Blanc. Partly barrel fermented. Verdil is an indigenous variety from Valencia. This particular wine comes from one of the new generation of winemakers from the region who tries to resurrect some of the indigenous varieties. Medium+ to full body. Medium- acidity, medium alc (12%) and very aromatic. Quite interesting and a nice alternative to a full body Chardonnay or oaked Verdejo.

70% Verdil, 10% Sauvignon Blanc, 10% Chardonnay y 10% Viognier
