First tasting on the patio of my new home! Medium concentration. Plum and dark cherry on the nose. Delicious and unbelievably smooth and light. Would absolutely buy again. Emilio Moro is quickly becoming one of my favorite vineyards! Pairing with Filet Mignon but it would pair better with a lighter dish.
