El Nido Jumilla Cabernet Sauvignon Monastrell

Big opulent fat and juicy. The wine was more balanced than you would expect from something so high in alcohol. Rich does not do this wine justice. Black fruit dominate this wine but it offers an array of flavors.

Cherry with robust tannins. Hints of blackberry, vanilla.

Wanted to compare this to the 14 we had earlier in the week,
Like the 14 a little more, its bigger, darker & has more 👃 to it.

Really stunning. Very ripe, very fresh strawberry fruit. Lovely texture.

Drinking lovely. Tannins a bit dry on the finish but still lively acidity.

Russian wine club vivino. Spanish battle. Круто, прям круто! Мягкое округлое и при этом очень мощное . Перец чёрный , насыщенные ягоды, все в нем прекрасно, одна из лучших молодых Испаний. Ваниль, цукаты, ромовая баба. Через полчаса табак, листья, во вкусе плюсом . Вяленые яблоки завершают картину. 4.8.

This wine has evolved perfectly. My opinion is that this wine (and I have several vintages) is a bit of a mess when young, but if you like them in your face and young all is good. What's interesting as they age is the oak and tannins are well integrated, just wonderful dark fruits. Happy Halloween.
