Aged for 24 months on French and American oak, the 70% Monastrell and 30% Cabernet Sauvignon blend shows cherry and blackberry flavors, rich with notes of espresso and oak. Tannins are a bit gritty and savory, good balance carrying fruit to a lingering finish, ending with some earthy tones. Excellent!

Solid, bold wine with lots going on. Perfect compliment to balsamic glazed ribs on the grill.

A big fruit, oak bomb. Once it opened up it was quite nice. Getting better with age.
