Super peppery and funky with cherry notes when freshly opened. Waited a day and it was a completely different wine. Much smoother and easier to drink.

Savory, barbecue-esque. Deep, black-red, medium bodied. Major blackberry on nose.

Dark berries, spice, cocoa and jalepeno. Surprising find recommended by a good sommelier at Domaine a Vins in Long Island City. Not my favorite wine on the planet but (very good and) definitely one of those wines that make you think about wine. Edit: I think the spice is cinnamon and cloves

This one is delicious - light, really easy to drink but dry. Doesn't need food as an accompaniment

Easy easy drinking. Light, but with a dry depth. Earth and wood tones with just enough hint of fruit. If you like merlot,Tempranillo & Co this is a wine worth trying.
