NV. Enjoyed this same wine with dessert at Jaleo recently and it paired great again today at Bar Spero with the torrijas with pumpkin sauce and green walnuts.

Such a great wine to pair with the two desserts they brought out to finish our meal! A dark chocolate mousse and brioche ice cream, and a Basque-style goat cheesecake. What a great Sunday afternoon!
