Top Notes For
Sipping Fine Wine

Deep straw with aromas of stone and tropical fruits with oaky notes. The palate shows pear and melon, zesty with heavy and toasty oak. The finish is crisp with a mineral character but oak dominated the ending.

Light, bramble, gritty and acidic.
Not a classic Pinot in any sense, and certainly not the best for the region, yet I love these producers for all the do, and the country it comes from. Uruguay.
Stick to the tannat.
