Deep straw with aromas of stone and tropical fruits with oaky notes. The palate shows pear and melon, zesty with heavy and toasty oak. The finish is crisp with a mineral character but oak dominated the ending.

Not a classic Pinot in any sense, and certainly not the best for the region, yet I love these producers for all the do, and the country it comes from. Uruguay.
Stick to the tannat.
