Spectacular example of an affordable Spanish Garnacha that drinks well above its price. I had this with seared halibut with chimichurri and it worked well, though I would recommend it with red meat. Dry and fruity at the same time.

Good blue/black berries flavor. Spicy on tongue and back of mouth. Thick and earthy. Good table wine, esp for $8.99.

Great full bodied, lush garnacha. Good Spanish wines have the ability to be fruit-ish and dry all at the same time. This does both well. It’s got earthiness and an almost nutty after taste. Great with meat.

Fruity notes, deep wine but not quite dry, great with fillet mignon.

Good wine but not our favorite garnacha. Simple tasting and not long lasting flavor.

Great value, a $15 bottle of wine that was on sale for $9. Full bodied, bright berries, somewhat buttery but was robust enough to not be offputting. Had with Moroccan chicken but would also be good on its own.

#garnacha
The nose has ripe, round red and black fruit. The palate has black and red fruit. This is a quaffable, everyday wine. Great with bacon-cheeseburgers.

Raspberry and vanilla. Medium and one of the varietals I loved when I lived in Spain
