Almost stinging bite. Could be better as a blend. Very young (1 yr) age in barrels. Best with strong flavors like chorizo.

So this is the stuff they don't send overseas - very bright, fruit forward, fun wine. It was only 18 euros, we bought a bunch to drink along the way!
