An absolutely fabulous wine. It has a great deal of death, not overly heavy but very rich in terms of flavors. We get dark fruits, and maybe a little bit of leather and smoke. Really outstanding, and it does not overwhelm the food.

Very briny on the nose. Smells like the ocean. Maybe it will blow off? Fruit is very hidden behind Rioja funk. Mineraly on the palette, cooked red fruit and good acid
