90 year old vines cut from 300 year old vines planted by Spanish monks. Slate soils provide great minerality...the rest of the palate is lemon curd, honeysuckle and tropical fruit. 👌

A Little more ripe than previous vintage that we tried. Guava, pear, apple, lime, dove soap, tiny bit of wet stones, a bit funky like a burg. A bit muddled smelling and tasting. Good. Much better day 3. Upped the rating.
