Don’t panic, it’s organic! Dark in hue. Smells of preserved fruit. Dried cherries and raisins, canned plums and berry fruit snacks. Hint of mint in the nose and palate. Smooth and luscious. Something smokey as well. It’s a easy and simpler Bobal than some others out there. Nice balanced stuff though.
