Fagus de Cotos de Hayas Seleccion Especial Campo de Borja Garnacha

Not at all what I remembered of this wine 10 years ago. The nose brings bramble fruit, and the palate reminds me of the toffee I link to oak chips. Does not talk about the place or the variety.

Imagine maraschino cherries (the really good ones), candies berries and big aromatic jam. A very nice wine for the price.

Fantastic! Deep, full-bodied wine. Balsamic (nose & plate), with vanilla, leather & syrupy dark fruit. With pepper finish.

Too smokey for my taste

Warm berry cream smooth at end. Surprising Spanish garnache. Got from Pilar and Luis in 2018.
