From Caino and Mencia in Rias Baixas. 80% of the juice is from the 2018 harvest, fermented whole-cluster, and aged in old French oak barrels and stainless steel tanks. The other 20% comes from the cooler 2017 vintage. The wine was aged 9 additional months on its lees and then bottled without fining or filtering.
