Almost black in color (very dark purple) with nose of black fruit backed by some spice and smoke but also a touch of sweetness. Medium body in the mouth- black plum, blackberry that’s fairly smooth with a touch of sweetness ending dry with some acidity and mild tannins. Pretty good!

Disagree with almost everyone. This is a beautiful, nuanced Rioja. One of those wines that you are surprised that the bottle is finished so quickly because it is so drinkable.
