You know that big bin of big rubber inflatable balls at Target? The one with the elastic cords instead of walls so you can pull out the one you want? Remember how badly you wanted to crawl into it? This wine smells like that nostalgic feeling. Love it. Great floral notes, waxy apples, and great mouth feel. So interesting.

The label basically has me sold

A little one note and flat. Not quite as round as expected.

Just a babe in the woods. This was bottles and shipped direct to the US. Aromas are compressed showing a hint of apple/pear/orchard fruit. Leaner in the moth as expected for the more difficult 2013 vintage.

With bear a year of bottle age this shows apricot notes in the nape an a creamy/rounder textured palate. A hint of noticeable r/a?

Like a chard blend with a touch of Riesling. Lovely.

All golden orchard fruits on the nose. Creamy textured and more complex than I remembered. Food friendly acid.
