Macabeo

Chamomile and lime, with a little honey and apple in there as well. Recommendation from one of my favorite locals.

Organic Spanish wine made from the Macabeo grape. First time trying this varietal and it’s great! Loads of honey and minerality with subtle hints of green apple and some white pepper. Pairs nicely with a crisp summer salad.
