Fruit subsiding and feeling a little flat. Time to finish off any remaining remaining in my cellar.

Medium ruby color.
Aromas of cassis, baked blackberry, vanilla.
Dry. Flavors of baked blackberry, vanilla, clove, cocoa.

Another solid vintage of this ripe and juicy red. Aromas of cooked red berries and plums. Full and round pallet that features cassis, blueberry and plum. Touch of minerality and earth on the very long finish. Very smooth tannins. Silky texture. Bright, fruit forward and fresh. More fruit than tertiary flavors in this vintage. Excellent QPR.

A very different Malbec. More black fruit on the nose with hints of chocolate and pencil shavings. Blackberry flavors with accents of chocolate and beef. Lighter bodied than expected but still full flavored. Interesting. Thank You Ron B.
