Golden pear color, scent of stone fruit and vanilla. Legs. Lightly Oaked. Roundly, lightly rich. Summery Chard. Minerals humming a low note that’s becoming more insistent- mosquito in the dark. I’m grilling shrimp- with garlic Naan and cucumber salad. This mosquito image has now got me wondering- underneath insecticide? That slightly acidic bzzzzz? Do I have residue of toothpaste or?!? In my mouth? I was happy with this last night when I wasn’t paying attention. I’m not sure if it’s me today? If only the taste and smell aligned. I will add disclaimer wee early morning lightening storm migraine may mitigate my flavor perception. It’s now well into evening.
