Slightly sweeter than I'd like. A bit strong. Perfect for mimosas :)

Flabby and unstructured. Low plus acidity, organic Brut was not vintage indicated in label and no indication of varietals on label. Nose and flavours of Granny Smith apple and Bosch pear. Low Persistence and finish of Apple. Low pressure at uncorking. Bubble Size large. Good for mixing into a "champagne" sparkling cocktail.
