Getariako Txakolina Hondarrabi Zuri

Rezabal is a family owned winery located in the Basque country of Spain in Zarautz and belonging to PDO "Getariako Txakolina". Made from Hondarribi-Zuri grape, pale lemon with aromas of stone and citrus fruits noticing a light spritz in the glass. On the palate flavors of apple and lemon citrus, vivid acidity, low alcohol. Medium finish ending with fruit and mineral character. Nice!

Pear, apple, with racy acidity and fizzy mouthfeel. Cocktail wine or pair with caution. Too delicate for assertive spices.

Slightly cremant, bright I ripe cherry, pomegranate and hints of herbs du Provence slightly sour acid and pine needles. Crisp, balanced and unique. Perfect with the food at Underbelly in Houston.
