Vintage 2012 | refined and elegant smell, multi-layered, rich with some mocca in taste. Lovely wine. Interesting detail: I drank this wine at four years old and at that time I was impressed as well. So this wine holds very well.

Had this in Valencia at Casa Carmela. Perfect pairing with an intense seafood paella. First experience with the bobal grape which is local to this region of Spain. . Very unique. Really delicious. Hope I can find it when I get back home.
