Inky purple color.
Muted nose shows some dark fruits but not much varietal character, unless fleshy mulberry is a Malbec marker I've previously missed.
Lacks fruit on the palate, unbalanced with drying though not particularly dense tannins.

2013 vintage :A truly delicious balanced wine. Mild oaky flavor, subtle tannins & surprisingly smooth finish. Not too fruity. Drinks like a medium bodied wine. Exceptional value at $13.00 - drinks like a $25 bottle. A must try IMHO
