Pale lemon with green reflexes, the 2021 Torrontez Valle Calchaqui from Bodega Colomé shows pure aromas of orange blossom, fresh apricot, peach, grape and lichy. Made from grapes grown at 1’700 metres altitude, this is an expressive, primary-fruit driven wine, ready to be drunk soon after release.
