Drinking 2011 vintage in April 2016. Slightly dull straw colour with a fragrant bouquet of ripe pear. Needs to be well chilled and was better with food. Taste of lemon curd (but not too strong) with ripe pear notes. The sharpness persisted in the cheeks but the finish in the middle of the mouth was a little dull. I really enjoyed having the 2011 white bones yesterday and this disappoints a little in comparison.
