Firm structure, just a baby so give it more time to unfurl.

Really beautiful with peppered steak. Fruit is strong but not too much. Super smooth, long, developing finish. Delicious.

(Double) single vineyard Malbec...very complex. Rich ripe red plums, violets, milk chocolate and Columbian Supreme coffee...big, expansive, expressive.

They pick these vineyards with 5-6 different passes through the vineyards. 2004 was the first vintage Nicosia and Adrianna vineyard fruit two years later they started bottling them separate. A big and chewy but still very balanced with a long layered finish violet and dark spices a long layered finish.

Amazing how much a few years in bottle makes a difference. Right out of the bottle pure, focused and round.
