Very flavorful and smooth. Hits the back palate immediately and then finds its way to the mid. Light acidity, mostly just round, plush, red fruit.

Very satisfying. Full-bodied with a bit of spice and an earthy nose. Velvety and elegant.

Blackberry jam. Lots of cocoa powder on the nose. Medium body. Light tannins higher acid. Decent bottle. Leftover from my Gallo parting presents.

Surprisingly good despite the price point. Must go back and get a few bottles for the cellar.

Alamo Malbec is usually one of my favorites. However, there is a huge difference between the Seleccion and a regular Malbec. The Seleccion is much thicker and has a rich flavor.
