Smells like salted ham!!! Prosciutto or iberico. Seriously, kind of strange but I like it with cheese. Jammier and heavier too than I was expecting.

Not a bad Rose, but not great either. Blend of Malbec and Picpoul. Very floral on the nose with strawberries on the pallet. Nice texture but had some off flavors. Thanks to Jesse. Tasted at The Irving Inn Rose Soirée.
