This Rose’ starts with flavour of strawberry, flash of thyme while transitioning to layer of citrus oil and finishes with tartness of orange pith. This all works to quench thirst, clean pallet and ultimately makes for a pound-able wine. Throughly enjoyed this with pan seared Salmon, side of leftover paella and charred mini red & yellow peppers. 🍷

Dry indeed but textural and interesting, a cut above your average Aussie rosé.
