Jun 29th, 2021Subdued apple-pear, relatively crisp, but with a touch of butter. I remember my first acquaintance with Blue Mountain wines was this wine probably fifteen or twenty years ago at a restaurant paired with salmon and I remember the striped labels for the reserve wines back then. Such a restrained style. I still love it.
