Nothing says #winewednesday like some beef ribs and red! Tonight we’re cracking into one of this month’s #thetcwineclub bottles - Blind Corner’s ‘Rouge’ 2016 from the Margaret River - a blend of rich Cab Sauv and sultry Merlot.
It’s a velvety garnet colour on the eye with enticing notes of black and blue berries, florals and a hint of leather. In the mouth it’s round with very fruit forward with black cherries standing out for me, and it has a super smooth finish. Great match with the slow cooked beef ribs 👌
