Wow!! This bright and balanced without the over the top acidic overtones or finish. Much more Bordeaux in style than a grassy Cali SauvBlanc. Right down the middle flavor swaying side to side but never going over the top. Dish soap on the nose at first and only first sniff once immediately lured but that dissipates very quick to almost nonexistent. SauvBlanc and small amounts of semillion
